REGUPOL supports the children’s hospice: a donation made through a customer satisfaction survey
"Last year, we launched a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey. Our goal is to be the leader in service and quality, which we can only achieve by listening carefully to what our customers want and how satisfied they truly are with us, our products and our services. We were delighted by the feedback from our customers, as it confirmed that our sales team is doing an outstanding job. Customers praised us for excellent advice, quick assistance and top-notch service. This makes us proud, and we will continue to measure ourselves by these standards in the future. We thank our customers for their feedback and now want to express our gratitude in a special way to an exceptional organization: the Children's and Youth Hospice in Olpe. There, families of children with incurable diseases find a second home for a while and are not alone with their worries and struggles. It is a great blessing for the families that such a wonderful place exists nearby, and as a family business, this kind of care is especially close to our hearts.
